This bold, abstract painting is primarily done in acrylic paint, spray paint and marker pen with polychromos pencil crayon details.

The piece measures approximately 100cm x 100cm x 3.8cm and is painted on 10 oz cotton duck canvas stretched over a wooden panel. This wooden panel by Artists Surfaces has a poplar plywood surface with a birch plywood wood subframe which is sustainably sourced, PEFC and FSC certified. It incorporates an aluminum box section. This aluminum box section is discretely incorporated into the reverse of each constructed panel making the wooden panel impervious to twisting or warping.  The painting is initialled on the front and has a label on the reverse with title, signature and details about the work.  It is quite heavy!
 
The painting is supplied ready to hang with Z-bars.  These are made of metal and have a Z-shaped profile when viewed from the side. They consist of two parts: one part is attached to the back of the painting panel, and the other part is attached to the wall.
