Delivery and Returns

Here you will find all of the information that you should need to make a purchase.  If you have any further questions please get in touch.

Please note that whilst every effort is made when photographing and listing an item to accurately show the colour(s) and size some variance may occur between devices, browsers and screen settings.  This does not constitute a valid reason for a return so please get in touch before making a purchase if you have any questions or to discuss further.

Delivery

Delivery is currently available through the website to mainland UK addresses only.  If you are outside this area and would like to discuss making a purchase please contact us to discuss.

We aim to package and ship your item within 5 working days (but most are dispatched with 48 hours) using Royal Mail or a suitable courier depending on the size and weight of your purchase.  Delivery should only take approximately 2 days but please allow up to 7.  If you require an item for a specific date please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping costs

For orders up to the value of £100 there is a flat rate shipping fee of £4 and for all orders over £100 shipping is currently free for an introductory period.  Postage is automatically calculated at checkout.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase but in the unfortunate event that you are not please get in touch by email within 14 days to request a refund.  You will be responsible for returning the item in it's original packaging, or equivalent, using the same service that was used to deliver the item to you.  Once the item has been safely returned you will receive a refund (minus the shipping costs) within 14 days.

Whilst every care is taken to carefully package your purchase if you do receive your item and it has been damaged please email us, including photographs of the damage, within 7 days of receiving your order.  Damaged items will need to be returned within 30 days.
